By rethinking the framework of the project from a headquarters to a campus, we re-shaped the work environment to encourage all employees to adapt new habits and work styles that will increase production, encourage collaboration, and improve their physical and mental well-being.

The term “campus” connotes an environment that offers choices. Workspaces, gathering areas, recreation opportunities, and contemplative spaces all have a role in the daily lives of employees. By focusing on creating an adaptive, multi-scalar outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed year-round, we encouraged employees to reimagine how the outdoors can contribute to a creative and dynamic workplace.
